How Do I Get Started?
Start with our easy to use, online quote system! Within a half hour of submitting your quote, one of our sales representatives will get back to you and make sure the quote is correct. They will also answer any further questions you may have about your plastic cards and help get your order on its way.

 

  How Do I Set Up My Artwork For Print?
We make it easy for our customers to send their artwork to us. For any card or key tag you are getting printed we have a PDF template ready to go.


How Do I Create Outlines For My Artwork?
Creating outlines is an easy step and will save our graphic designers time setting up your artwork for print. It is best to create your design in, or import your artwork into Illustrator. Then, Select All (ctrl+a), Group everything together (ctrl+g), and select Create Outlines ( shift+ctrl+O) from the Type drop-down menu. Before sending your artwork file to us save it as an EPS.

 

  What Kind Of File Formats Can You Accept?
We can accept a range of file formats from both Pc and Mac: TIF, EPS, BMP, PSD, AI, PDF, JPG, INDD and PUB. If your artwork is in a different file format than the list above or have further questions please give us a call at 1.800.808.7472.

What Is A Standard Turn Around Time?
With our standard turnaround time, orders ship 10 business days after artwork is approved.

  What Is A Rush Order?
A rush order ships 5 business days after artwork approval, as opposed to the standard 10 day turnaround. There is an additional charge to make your order a rush.

 

What Set Up Fees Will I Be Charged?
To get any new card order printed there is a 75 dollar set up fee. If your order requires additional options such as thermal printing, embossing or foil stamping, there is an additional 25 dollar set up fee.

If you re-order cards from us later on, with no changes to the artwork, our order set up fee is not applied.


  What Are Some Card Options You Offer?
We offer a variety of card printing options that can really take your plastic cards or key tags to the next level. We offer thermal, embossing, foil stamping, barcode encoding and magnetic stripe encoding.
Is There A Setup Fee If I Supply My Own Print Ready Artwork?
Our graphic designers check all the artwork before it goes into production, but if your art is sent to us print ready there will be no additional graphics fee.

 

  When Will I Get My Invoice For My Cards?
After you have approved your plastic card design, we will charge your credit card. Your invoice will be sent to you via email once your completed cards have shipped.
Where Are My Plastic Cards Being Printed?
We are located in Hastings, Minnesota. Our staff is on hand full time to answer any questions you have regarding your job.

  Is There A Set Up Fee For Different Versions Of A Card Design?
Any additional versions of the artwork, such as name variations on a set of business cards, each incur a 30 dollar plate fee.
